Agriva
Privacy Policy
Updated 1 November 2026
This policy explains what Agriva collects when you send a request on agriva.io, why we collect it, where it is stored and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
When you send the “Discuss a pilot” form, we receive:
- your name, email address and company;
- your answer to “What is hardest to manage in your supply process?”, if you give one;
- the page you sent the form from, the website you came from (its address only) and campaign tags in the link you followed, if it had any;
- the date and time of your request.
The registration form at agriva.io/join/ also asks for your role and preferred contact method (Telegram or email), and records your browser’s time zone, your browser type and the full address of the page you came from.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your request and discuss a possible pilot, and to protect the form from automated spam.
Where it is stored
Your request is saved in our database on Cloudflare, the service that hosts this website. After it is saved, a notification with the details of your request is sent to the Agriva team’s private Telegram chat.
Spam protection
To limit repeated submissions, we use a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 10 minutes. Your IP address is not saved with your request. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect this website.
Marketing
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we offer a newsletter in the future, we will ask for your consent separately.
Contact
To ask about your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, email anastasia.petrova@agriva.io.
